Sai has been in the game for a while, starting out producing Hip-Hop on his MPC and then onto Dj'ing Dubstep and Breaks when he moved from Burma to London.

He now holds residencies at U.P.G BASS , Frat House @ Jazz Cafe , Choke @ The Roxy , Four Dollars Club @ Rhythm Factory & underground hiphop night Fake Fake Records Records

He has been booked alongside some of raves leading lights including; Pendulum, Chase & Status, Freestylers. Utah Saint, Toddla T, Baobinga, Raffertie, Plastician, Reso, Brackles, Deekline & Wizard, SOTO, Downlink , Untold and Flux Pavilion to name just a few.

Founding UK underground djs & skateboarders group Wobble Squad UK , Sai & Wobblesquad are booked to play all over the UK and also at the One Love Festival as well as the filthy fiesta of dubstep that is the Outlook Festival in Croatia in summer 2010.

Step over your fantasy threshold and into a new realm of audio visual delights with The Tronicles of Narnia this Christmas.

On Saturday 18 December, from 10pm to 6am, Cardboardboss Collective presents The Tronicles of Narnia – an epic night of stupendous sensory overload in East London’s latest warehouse event space.

The night will take the iconic sci-fi aesthetic of the original 1980s Tron, and particlesmash it together with the sprawlingly imaginative world of the Narnia fantasy stories. The results are as yet unknown, but they will be spectacular.

Masterminded to coincide with the release dates of two of 2010’s most highly
anticipated movie re-makes, Walt Disney’s 'TRON:Legacy' and 20th Century Fox’s 'The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader' – ToN has been tipped as one of the most unusual and exciting events to hit London this year.

Fancy dress demands fur coats, Tron helmets, fawn legs and electro neon grid get-up. East London's newest warehouse space will transform into a pixel-based Narnia warzone. Prepare for Christmas tree forests, fields of lasers, snow machines, infinite grids,witches, light bikes, fawns and abundant glistening piles of Turkish delight.

The Snow Queen will play host, alongside DJs JFB, Si Begg, Taz Buckfaster and Touchy Subject, all performing to a backdrop of eye-blistering and mind blending Tron/Narnia visuals from the Cardboardboss Collective VJs and artists.

The event’s secret location will be revealed a fortnight before the wardrobe doors open: The lion, the glitch and the war-strobes await you.

Soul Sinners - Fight The Power EP

Our good old friends Soul Sinners have a new Dubstep EP due for release on the 1st November 2010.

The EP contains 3 quality tracks which is no less than you would expect from these guys who have been putting out quality music for years.

The 1st track from the EP is 2020 which as the name suggests is a Futuristic dub monster complete with atmospheric pads and dirty bass - This track fills my head with visions of anarchic mayhem on desolate wastegrounds run by flying robots...but maybe thats just me :)

The 2nd track is Tear it all down which is littered with incidental bleeps and bloops and a female ooh sample running throughout - this track owes alot to early jungle which I LOVE!!

The 3rd and final track is entitled control which definitely is probably my favourite track from this sexy little EP - This has a nice dancefloor vibe to it....and a nice vocal sample through it...and a big dirty stonking kick drum....oooh so filthy...Woohooo.

Kaiori Breath, Oceana and Steeze show their softer side!

This week we wind the tempo right down with some chilled, relaxing dubs. 

Dubstep isn’t just about gnarly saw-tooth wobbles… a producer who has been catching my eye with his chilled two-steppy beats, more recently laced with an 80s guitar lead straight out of a dodgy American cop movie, hailing from Northern Ireland, he goes by the name of Kaiori Breathe and churns out quality track after quality track. 

His collab with fellow producer Tripwire (look out for their EP being released on the Twenty12 label) blends beautiful piano, distant electric guitar leads, and gorgeous pads all accompanying a garage beat and sweet vocals, worth a listen if you’re into your future-garage.

Also this week is a track by Oceania entitled “In White Noise”-a powerful sub and evil wobbles on a backdrop of echoey percussion, eerie strings and vox and carefully place synth effects. It’s the perfect mix of chilled and filthy dubstep, and if you ask him nicely he may even give you a 320!

And finally this was recently sent to me by a guy called “Steeze”. A melodic piano and sweet garage beat kicks off proceedings, but things turn filthy after the drop and the “Oh yeah” vocal sample, the melodic keys intermittently appearing and a grimey wobble taking over…A mysterious background vocal sample, rhythmic hi-hat groove and nice ambient pads compliment each other well in this track, a very well produced tune.

Dubba Jonny are a dubstep duo from Bournemouth - they're steadily affirming their position in the Dubstep scene.

Their last release 'All In' on Tongue Flap Records (Video Below) rose straight to the top of Juno download charts and in return they release this solid little gem of an EP.
